As part of our mission’s initiative this year Elohims Basket Team\u00a0are looking to raise \u00a31,500<\/span> for\u00a0Nairobi, Kenya 2014\u00a0<\/span>and we need your contributions<\/a><\/span>!<\/p>\n

Last year, the Elohims Basket Team were\u00a0in Ethiopia on a mission\u2019s trip with the Palau missions\u2019 team. Amongst many amazing accomplishments, we were able to\u00a0buy significant supplies\u00a0for some schools and orphanages in Ethiopia due to the much appreciated contributions made by some of you.<\/p>\n

In addition, we were able to administer reading glasses to thousands courtesy of the Palau missions and share the good news and there were new believers! You can find more details and pictures by\u00a0clicking here<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n

This year between 10th<\/sup>\u00a0and 18th<\/sup>\u00a0December 2014, we will be visiting Nairobi, Kenya on a Mission Trip on behalf of Elohims Basket\u00a0ElohimsBasket<\/a>\u00a0and we need your support again. The trip is being organised by our\u00a0local church Trinity Chapel who are long supporters of\u00a0Action In Focus<\/a><\/strong>, a charity based in Nairobi, Kenya whose vision is to enhance the quality of life for all members of the communities they serve, especially those who are most disadvantaged.<\/p>\n

We will visit Orphanages where the love of God will be shared in various ways i.e. bible study, assisting with providing meals, games and other activities that bring joy to the lives of disadvantaged children.<\/p>\n

We will also be showing Christ’s love by catering to some of the many needs in some schools and orphanages so as part of the mission, we would like to take useful school supplies (see list below) as well as Christmas gifts for babies to teenagers. In addition, beddings and food supplies which will be bought\u00a0as a gift with our visit.<\/p>\n

We are aiming to raise \u00a31500<\/span><\/strong> for this initiative and for this we will need a financial sponsorship team: a group of people that would kindly join with me and others on the trip by giving contributions towards this sum of money for travel expenses and also for supplies.<\/p>\n
